
Reservation Cancellation Policies
1. How do cancellation policies work for flexible rates?
Flexible rates have different free cancellation deadlines depending on the date of your reservation. See details below.
2. How many days in advance can I cancel for free?
All year round (except holidays and special dates): up to 3 days before arrival.
Holidays and special dates: up to 14 days before arrival.
New Year's Eve period (12/27 to 01/02/2026): up to 21 days before arrival.
3. What happens if I cancel outside of the deadline?
A fee of 20% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
4. Do I need to pay anything in advance of the stay?
For holidays, special dates and New Year's Eve, a prepayment of 20% of the total amount is charged at the time of booking confirmation.
For all other periods, the card provided at the time of booking will only serve as a guarantee, and payment will be made at check-in.
5. What happens if I don't show up?
The same rule will apply as for cancellations outside the deadline: a charge of 20% of the total amount of the booking.
